• Establishing owner’s project requirements, coordinating same with design professionals.
• Monitoring progress of design documents and directing modifications as required
• Operational systems optimization
• Evaluation, concept, design, installation and operation of various energy saving technologies.

Donald Winston has a legacy in this industry and the move to a Consulting practice was a natural migration from the Developer side.
